Booking and Cancellation Policy

Booking your appointment

You can book through our website, Facebook page, by phone on 01772 437970 or 07960 229399, or in person at the salon. We recommend booking in advance to avoid disappointment.

Deposits

All treatments must be secured with a 50% deposit of the treatment price. Your deposit will be deducted from the final cost on the day of your appointment.

Your appointment is secured once we have received your deposit. You can pay by bank transfer or in person at the salon. Please contact us for our bank details.

Cancelling or changing your appointment

You can cancel or reschedule your appointment without losing your deposit if you give us at least 48 hours’ notice.

If you cancel or request to reschedule with less than 48 hours’ notice, we may retain your deposit to cover the loss caused by the late cancellation.

If you miss your appointment without contacting us, or arrive 15 minutes or more late and we are unable to carry out your treatment, we may charge a reasonable cancellation fee to cover our loss. This may be up to the full treatment price if the appointment cannot be rebooked.

Gift vouchers, offers and products

Purchased gift vouchers, promotional offers and products are non-refundable, except where a refund is required by law. Products cannot be returned for a change of mind; your legal rights still apply if a product is faulty.
